New York State Police at 9761 New York 16, Machias, New York.

Was stopped by an officer (don't remember his name) because apparently the dealer issued license plate frame was blocking a little piece of my license plate which of course it wasn't. I would have challenged the ticket but already had plans to be out of town on the court date so I had to suck it up and pay the $120 ticket for the made up violation. I guess they'll do anything to get what money they can into this small town's economy but pulling people over for made up violations is a very scummy thing to do.

I Just called and stopped in for a car seat check. the officer trooper perkins was ever so helpful and showed us what was wrong , checked for recalls made sure the seat was not expired . could NOT have asked for a nicer person and she made us well informed grandparents !! Thank you trooper perkins !!!
